Assuming you are a great leader, what habits and principles influence your leadership style? Employers want to hear your story.
Certainly not every leader started off as a great leader. To be an effective leader, you surely made mistakes along the way. It is important to make mistakes, and yes, fail.
Whom have you gained great insight in your career path? All those striving to be successful, typically surround themselves with people smarter than they are… those whom have more wisdom, know how to bounce back from failures and know how to not let fear be a barrier for reaching goals.
Hiring companies, now more than ever, are looking for strong effective leaders to lead teams through this pandemic.
Ask yourself, what has been your greatest accomplishment in a leadership role?
Are you a transformative leader?
What would your current employer and current co-workers say about you as a leader?
How would others evaluate you on how you manage struggles, emotions and wins?
What is your leadership story?
Pay attention to how you got to where you are today. You certainly did not get there alone.
