Looking for a job and interviewing can be stressful. Sometimes after hearing the word NO from potential employers more often than you ever imagined, can really bring you down.

Whether you are looking for a job or not, I highly recommend practicing meditation. It is a practice allowing you to redirect any negative thoughts, glass half empty, into the glass in half full.

I use the meditation app called CALM and listen to a 10 minute mindful meditation session once a day.

Should you have an upcoming interview and are suffering from feelings of insecurity, self-doubt and fear, I am confident if your try meditation the morning of your interview, you will redirect this negative energy into positive energy.

I like to say, it sets my mind straight, right where it needs to be. Exercise everyday, go to bed at the same time everyday and do whatever else you need to be doing in order keep up and exude positive energy.

Remember, interviewers can sense your level of energy and positivity within the first 2-3 minutes of meeting you!
