How is worry affecting you these days? My dad used to tell me all the time, worrying does not accomplish anything, but doing does. I worry about everything, which means I sometimes care too much about everything.
If you are like me, this can sometimes be exhausting, however I have learned how to control my worries by adjusting my expectations of myself, others and situations.
The reality is, we are never really in control of everything that happens to us.Try to think about how you can do something to change what you are worried about.
This might be changing your mindset to a more positive one, writing down a plan of action to help you overcome your worry, praying, calling a friend, or perhaps meditating.
In the end, as I reflect back on some of the greatest challenges I’ve been faced with, things always work out the way it was meant to be and sometimes, better than you ever imagined.
