Are you flying the magic carpet at work or are you steady and laser focused? Often in interviews, the hiring manager will ask “How do you structure your day?”
Given many work autonomously from home and perhaps may be becoming the new norm, it really is so important to be prepared to answer this question.
Think of your day set up into buckets. Each bucket has certain similar tasks and are done at certain times of the day. By having structure to your day, you are most likely to meet most of your goals and routine tasks.
I came across this article in CEO World and thought all of my followers will find this to be interesting and applicable in helping get a concise response across to the hiring leader.
Hiring leaders need to know you are focused and that you are not the type of person who allows distractions to get in the way of productivity. Having structure in your day not only makes you a more productive professional, but will also make your job much more enjoyable.
